The Laptop!

Well here it is - the new laptop which in just over 3 weeks will be winging it's way in my hand luggage to Zambia. Have been playing about on it for the last week or so - and it's prett good, much better than my own one!

The Preparation!

Just 6 weeks to go until my short voluntary trip to Zambia starts. So much to do before then! One of which is setting up this blog. So now I have set it up - I just need to work out how to work it and upload photos etc. I usually have a boredom threshold of about 10 minutes with this sort of thing -but effort required! It is for a good cause.

Ok.  2 hours in to this 'simple' process and the pc is almost out the window. Not loading, not showing my postings.  Argh!!!
